Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
