Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
