Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
