Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, warehouse supervisor here

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
