Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
