Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a mechanic before this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
