Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
