Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a social media manager before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
