Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
