Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
