Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

After a layoff as a store manager I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
