Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
