Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (update)

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
