Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (St. Louis)

After a layoff as an office manager I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
