Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, security officer here

After a layoff as a security officer I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
