Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (San Diego)

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
