Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (San Diego)

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
