Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (San Diego)

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a home health aide before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
