Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, production planner here

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
