Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Portland)

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
