Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, pharmacy technician here

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
