Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, operations analyst here

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
