Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Omaha)

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
