Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, nurse's aide here

After a layoff as a nurse's aide I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
