Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Nashville)

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
