Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Milwaukee)

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
