Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, medical assistant here

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
