Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, marketing coordinator here

After a layoff as a marketing coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
