Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Louisville)

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
