Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Little Rock)

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
