Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, line cook here

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
