Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, line cook here

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
