Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, line cook here

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
