Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, janitorial supervisor here

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
