Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, IT help-desk technician here

After a layoff as an IT help-desk technician I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
