Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, graphic designer here

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
