Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, forklift operator here

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
