Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - first time posting

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
