Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - first time posting

After a layoff as a dental hygienist I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
