Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - first time posting

After a layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I am finding mornings difficult. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
