Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
