Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - first time posting

After a layoff as a pharmacy technician I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
