Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
