Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a home health aide I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
