Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 16 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
