After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
