Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
