Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Denver)

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
