Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, dental hygienist here

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
