Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, customer-service rep here

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
